Craig graduated from Curtin University, WA, in 1997, and established the practice in 1998. Over the years he has earned a great rapport with the local community and gains great satisfaction when his patients have the confidence to refer their family and friends to the practice.

His youngest daughter has Type 1 Diabetes and he has an extra interest in Diabetic foot Health Care management.

Craig enjoys long distance running and has been a West Coast Eagles member for over 20 years.

Sue Moffat -    Podiatrist Bsc.Pod.Sc

Sue is a former Podiatry lecturer at Curtin University, and she now works at the practice on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Sue has previously practised Podiatry in Mosman Park, Sydney, Melbourne and Singapore.

Sue is a regular participant in the 100km charity walk to raise money for Oxfam.

Kate graduated from Curtin University in 1997 along with Craig and is always happy to help with any foot concerns you may have.

Kate plays league basketball and is very experienced with sports injury treatment, prevention and long term management.

Kate is available for appointments at the practice on Mondays and Thursdays.

Tammy Boulton - Practice Manager

Tammy helped her husband Craig establish the practice back in 1998 and manages everything behind the scenes.                                                                                              
She also enjoys scrapbooking , gardening and fundraising for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation to help find a cure for her daughter who has Type 1 Diabetes.

Nancy-            Reception

Nancy is on Saturday reception and loves having a chat!                        

She has two spoilt children – her French bulldogs Diesel and LuLu – and she enjoys scrapbooking, reading, and spending time with friends. Nancy has also recently just become a grandmother!

MARISSA - Reception

Marissa is a new member of our team and is currently busy studying nursing at University.

Being a country girl from Geraldton she is bright and bubbly and always happy to help you in any way that she can!

Marissa enjoys spending time with her niece and nephew and enjoying life in general!   

SANDRA - Reception

Sandra is the newest member of our team and is currently studying Podiatry at University.

Sandra is very enthusiastic about Podiatry and we are hoping that when she graduates she will be able to continue her work here at the practice as a Podiatrist!

Sandra is enjoying learning about Podiatry reception and gaining experience that she will be able to use in the future.

Private Health Insurance, HICAPS and Medicare Rebates.......

  • We provide instant rebates (through HICAPS), on the spot from your Private Health Insurance company (you just pay the gap). Please call your Private Health Insurance Company to confirm exactly how much rebate you are entitled to as policies differ from patient to patient.
  • Medicare rebates are also available for patients who have a chronic illness (such as Diabetes).  An EPC (Enhanced Primary Care) referral from your doctor is required to use this service. Please note: as we are a private practice, there is a minimal gap for Medicare claims. Ask us for more information when you call.
  • Gold Card holders (DVA) are welcome to the practice, and a GP referral is also required.
